1. Acceptance

By using SharpPicks, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old to use SharpPicks. By using the app, you represent that you meet this age requirement and that sports betting is legal in your jurisdiction.

3. Nature of the Service

SharpPicks is NOT a sportsbook. We do not accept wagers, handle deposits, or pay out prizes. SharpPicks provides sports betting analytics, model-generated pick recommendations, and informational content for educational and entertainment purposes only.

4. No Guarantee of Results

Past performance does not guarantee future results. Sports betting involves risk. Model predictions are probabilistic estimates, not certainties. You are solely responsible for any betting decisions you make.

5. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You may delete your account at any time from the app settings.

6. Subscriptions

Paid subscriptions are processed through Stripe. Subscription terms:

• Free trial: 14 days with full access. Payment method required.
• Monthly: $29/month, billed monthly
• Annual: $149/year (or $99/year founding rate while available)
• Cancel anytime — access continues until the end of your billing period
• No refunds for partial billing periods

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Resell, redistribute, or publicly share pick content
• Use automated tools to scrape data from the service
• Attempt to reverse-engineer the model or algorithms
• Harass other users or staff

8. Intellectual Property

All content, including model outputs, journal articles, and analytics, is the property of SharpPicks. You may not reproduce or distribute this content without permission.

9. Responsible Gambling

SharpPicks encourages responsible gambling. Never bet more than you can afford to lose. If you or someone you know has a gambling problem, please call 1-800-GAMBLER or visit ncpgambling.org.

10. Limitation of Liability

SharpPicks is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any losses resulting from the use of our service, including but not limited to financial losses from betting decisions.

11. Changes

We reserve the right to modify these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
